We cater weddings, corporate events, staff parties, race days, music festivals, community fundraisers and private dinners. From an intimate 10-person dinner to a 300-guest festival crowd, we've done it - and we know how to make it smooth, flavour-packed and stress-free for you.

Catering & Buffet Packages
Our most popular catering option for events in the Revelstoke area. Choose from three menu packages, prepared fresh in our kitchen and delivered or picked up at your venue. No on-site cooking required - just great food, ready when you need it. Perfect for corporate events, private parties, rehearsal dinners and team gatherings. Packages start at $26 per person with a 10-person minimum.
Food Truck Catering
We bring Jade - our iconic pink taco truck - directly to your event and cook on-site for your guests. It's a crowd-pleaser at festivals, bike races, outdoor weddings and community events. Guests love watching the food come together fresh, and the truck adds a visual element that turns your event into an experience. Available for events across Revelstoke and the surrounding region.
Group & Corporate Catering
Need to feed a team, a boardroom or a large group visiting Revelstoke? We work with corporate clients, event organisers and group travel coordinators to put together a catering plan that fits your schedule, headcount and dietary needs - including gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options across our menu. Reach out early; popular dates fill fast, especially during ski season and summer festival season.

All catering packages require a 10 person minimum.
Note an 18% service gratuity will be applied to all catering orders.
Package 1: $26 per person
Package 2: $30 per person

Catering Additional Info
- Serving utensils as required
- Pickup of food trays and utensils
- Disposable packaging may be substituted at our discretion
- An 18% service gratuity will be included on the final invoice
- Flatware and utensils can be provided at $2 per head cost (limited inventory)
- If your catering order is under $1000 dollars, you may cancel your order without penalty up to 72 hours (3 days) before the event without penalty and receive a full refund of your deposit. Your deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the event.
- If your catering order is over $1000 dollars, you may cancel your order without penalty up to 120 hours (5 days) before the event without penalty and receive a full refund of your deposit. Your deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 120 hours of the event.
Buffet Catering Packages
Looking for something beyond tacos and enchilladas, but still bursting with rich, Latin-inspired flavours?
Our buffet catering packages are a fantastic way to elevate your event. Guests can create their own vibrant plates from a selection of mouthwatering dishes, all prepared in-house and beautifully arranged on a buffet at your event.
Buffet and food truck catering packages require a 30 person minimum.
Please note an 18% service gratuity will be applied to all catering orders.
Package 4: $39 per person
Package 5: $49 per person
Food Truck Event Catering
Our Food Truck service brings the flavours of The Taco Club to festivals, private events, and street vending. Enjoy our mouthwatering Mexican and Latin-inspired street food on the go.
If you would like the food truck to attend your private party, please send us a message through our contact page. Here are a couple of simple criteria to keep in mind:
Catering Additional Info
- Chafing dishes & service tonges provided
- $150 for full service: delivery, set up and pull down
- Cutlery & plates available for $2 per person
- Disposable packaging may be substituted at our discretion
- An 18% service gratuity will be included on the final invoice
- The included food service time for a food truck event is 2.5 hours
- A 50% deposit will apply to all food truck events
- An 18% service gratuity will be applied to final invoices
